Everton intensify talks with ex-Liverpool boss Benitez
Everton are continuing talks with former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez about an imminent appointment.
The Toffees are still searching for a replacement after Carlo Ancelotti’s departure to join Real Madrid.
According to the Daily Mirror, Benitez and Nuno Espirito Santo are the two frontrunners for the job.

Nuno has all but agreed terms with the club, but Benitez is still in the frame for the job.
The Spaniard is back in his Merseyside home and does want the position, despite his previous attachment to their fierce city rivals.
