Former Nigeria U-20 World Cup star, Mustapha Abdullahi has set his sigh on helping PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv to pick one of the Europa League ticket and winning the Bulgarian FA Cup.

Mustapha, who underwent a routine medical as the Bulgarian first league club gears up for the league resumption from the winter break in February, informed SportingLife.ng that he is keen at helping his team getting silverware at the end of the season.

“My aim right now is to seal the Europa League ticket and also secure the FA Cup trophy at the end of the season. Right now, we are into the quarter final and the team is focused of winning the trophy for our fans this season.

Plovdiv are eighth on the table with 25 points after 20 game, just six points below the play-off spot and the former Wikki Tourists leftback still believes Europa League spot is still achievable.

“It is very possible right now. We just have to keep focused and continue to win our matches,” the 23 year old told SportingLife.ng.

Mustapha, who is on contract with the club until 2020, could be in the starting lineup with his Nigerian team mate, Stephen Eze against Levski Sofia when the break does come to an end in February.

PFC Ludogorets currently lead the log with 51 points, six points clear of nearest rivals CSKA Sofia.
