The Dutchman was spotted at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos last Saturday as he arrived in the country aboard a KLM flight.

It was gathered from a reliable source that the purpose of his visit was to help anchor a football scouting programme organized by Liberty Football Academy in Ibadan which is holding at the University of Ibadan, New stadium.

The former Head Coach of the Bangladesh National Team was supposed to have come with his assistant at the Bangladesh National team, fellow Dutchman, Rene Koster, who is with Shooting Stars Football Club in Ghana, anchoring a similar programme but couldn’t make it to Nigeria due logistics reasons.

Meanwhile, Some top NPFL clubs are trying to secure the services of the tactician following the success he recorded at Heartland when he won the Federation Cup after the Owerri based side went many years without a laurel.
