FA Cup: Fox-shaped hot air balloon launched to support Leicester City
Leicester residents have the chance to see a spectacular Leicester City Football Club-inspired sight in the sky this evening.
In celebration of the Foxes reaching tomorrow’s FA Cup final, the Highcross shopping centre has launched two incredible hot air balloons into the sky. Look up now, and you might see them.
One of the balloons is in the shape of a giant fox head, whilst the other balloon is in city’s colours of blue and white.

According to Highcross Leicester, it has commissioned the two hot air balloons to fly across the city to show its support for Leicester City reaching the FA Cup Final for the first time in more than 50 years and to offer the people of Leicester an exciting spectacle ahead of the matchday.
The balloons set off from the rooftop of the shopping centre at 6.30 pm, and are due to fly for up to one hour, depending on weather conditions.
