Fans hand over EPL title to Liverpool after Arsenal massacre

Fans have already handed the Premier League title to Liverpool after the 5-1 bashing of Arsenal at Anfield on Saturday evening.

Jurgen Klopp’s side moved even further clear at the top of the table thanks to the huge win.

With Man City on the back of three straight defeats and Spurs having slipped up against Wolves, it seems like nothing can stop Liverpool. This kept the fans hailing the Reds on twitter after the game.

Only two teams in the history of the Premier League have been top at Christmas and failed to win the title.

Both of those teams were Liverpool. And plenty of rival fans are expecting a similar capitulation in 2019…
