Fenerbahce interested in appointing Schuster as manager
Fenerbahce are interested in acquiring the services of former Real Madrid boss Bernd Schuster, who has experience of coaching in Turkey after his time at Besiktas.
The German coach is eager to return to coaching again after parting ways with Chinese club Dalian Professional, whom he coached in the 2018/19 season.
As MARCA has learned, Schuster is not willing to rush his decision and will take some time to analyse Fenerbahce’s offer before deciding if he wants to become their new coach.

Schuster began his coaching career at Fortuna Koln in 1997, with Xerez being the first team he ever coached on Spanish soil. He then went on to take over at Levante, Getafe, Real Madrid and Malaga.
He led Getafe to two ninth-placed finishes in LaLiga Santander and to the Copa del Rey final in 2006/07. At Real Madrid, he won the LaLiga Santander title in 2007/08 and the Supercopa de Espana in 2008.
