Blatter, who went underground after he was forced out of office in December 2015 due to claims of
corruption and financial mismanagement, described the three-time Africa champions as trouble makers along with Uruguay

Blatter made this known on his official Twitter handle on Wednesday.

Nigeria’s best outing remains a round of 16 outing recorded at the 1994, 1998 and 2014 editions.

The Eagles, who are in drawn in Group D with Argentina, Croatia, and Iceland will know their latest
FIFA ranking, which will be announced on Thursday.

The Swiss administrator, who has a bias for attacking football, has always followed Nigeria football.

In 2012, he wrote to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to retain the U-20 Women’s National Team
after their performance at the 2012 FIFA U-20 Women’s World cup in Japan where they finished fourth.
