Brendan Rodgers has said he’s not losing sight of the bigger picture but he cannot deny that Leicester City need to be better at home against teams who sit deep.
A loss to Everton on Wednesday brought up familiar problems for City as they failed to break down an organised back-line and then conceded from a set-piece.
Losing to the Toffees follows other home reverses to Aston Villa, West Ham, and Fulham, with City only scoring once in those fixtures. For Rodgers, it’s clear that’s where City need to be better.
But he did not want to be too negative with the club still inside the Premier League’s top four and through to the knockout rounds in Europe.
