Fury’s dad threatens Eddie Hearn over AJ contract

Tyson Fury’s dad, John, has threatened to spank Anthony Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn if he does not get a contract between the boxers signed.

The Brits are trying to secure a unifying heavyweight bout, with the Gyspy King holding the WBC belt and AJ donning the rest.

And Hearn has been in the middle of negotiations, with neither of the fighters having an obstacle to face ahead of a bout.

But the Mancunian’s dad has now got involved, sending a bizarre warning to the promoter over speeding up the contract signing.

When asked by IFL TV about Hearn, Fury Sr said: “Don’t know him.

“I know Barry and the man’s never done me no harm. He’s always been right with me, the father, I don’t know the son.

Fury Sr then said he would get Hearn “up the a***”, slapping his leg twice to imitate spanking the 41-year-old on his bum.

“Cracked up the ear hole. Thats’s what you get round me in a second,” the Gypsy King’s dad added.

“I pull rank on them kind of people because I can. He’s not going to talk to me like that because I’ll stretch him.”

Hearn only took a few hours to respond – and saw the funny side of Fury Sr’s threats before promising to deliver the fight

It comes as AJ has also sent a message to Fury, urging the 32-year-old to fight “the boss”.
