Gary Neville tips Liverpool to win Premier League title ahead City
Gary Neville has backed Liverpool to win the Premier League title this season ahead of Manchester City.
The Reds are presently leading the table and have not lost a match which has given Neville the confidence to tip for them for the title.
Speaking on Sky Sports News about Liverpool’s title chances, Neville said: “I don’t think they can lose it from here. Liverpool are definitely big favourites, but if Van Dijk gets injured, or Salah gets injured it can change. There’s thirty games to go.”
Jurgen Klopp’s side finished last season on 97 points, a club record, but it was not enough to beat Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
However, following a 2-1 win over Leicester City and City’s 2-0 defeat at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers, Liverpool now have an eight-point lead over the champions.

The Reds travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United after the international break, and will welcome City to Anfield on November 10.
