I have no plans for Ronaldo—Morocco coach

Morocco coach Herve Renard has admitted that he has not come up with a plan to stop Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Atlas Lions face the European Champions on Wednesday (today) and need a win to avoid an early exit from the FIFA World Cup.

“Those who try to mount a plan against him, he always manages to find something to make the difference.

“He’s an exceptional player. The word may not even be strong enough, but we must do everything to make it less

exceptional,” he said at a media conference.

Ronaldo scored his 51st hat-trick against Spain in their opening group match last Friday which ended 3-3.

Morocco lost 1-0 to Iran after a 95th-minute own goal.
