I never knew I am the 8th Nigerian to play for Inter–Moses

Former Nigeria international, Victor Moses has revealed how happy he is to be at Inter Milan and working again with former boss, Antonio Conte whom he spent two successful seasons at Chelsea.

Moses shared his thoughts on the deal in an exclusive interview with Italian broadcaster Inter TV.

“I didn’t know I was the 8th Nigerian to play for Inter. It is an honor to play for Inter and I am looking forward to it and to the future as well.”“It is an honor to be here, I will give it my all and to my best to help the team. There’s already quality players in this team. I want to give what I’ve got on top of what we’ve already got, it will be a bonus for us.

”“Being reunited with the gaffer is something I am looking forward to. He has told me his plans, where the club is heading and I think I want to be a part of it.”“I am happy to be here, I just wanna enjoy my football and help the team, that’s the most important thing.”“I’ll need some time to adapt and to start winning games and to the best we can to win the league this year. We know it is going to be a difficult season this year, with a lot of competition, but we’ll do the best we can to make the fans proud an try to win the league.”

Other Nigerians who have played at the San Siro include Victor Obinna, Obafemi Martins, Nwankwo Kanu, Joel Obi, Taribo West, Obiora Nwankwo and Isah Eliakwu.

The Nigerian will be spotting jersey number 11.
