Ighalo leads Eagles attack as Rohr retains starting X1 against Libya

Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has retained the same starting line-up for this evening’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against the Mediterranean Knights of Libya with hat-trick hero Odion Ighalo leading the attack.

Torino of Italy Ola Aina takes over the right back position following the injury of Shehu Abdullahi while Jamilu Collins mans the left back.

Francis Uzoho who made two brilliant saves against the North Africans in the first half is in goal which will be his for the eleventh game for the senior team.

William Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun will be in front of Uzoho in the central defence.

The trio of Wilfred Ndidi, Oghenekaro Etebo and Alex Iwobi anchoring the midfield.

Stand in captain Ahmed Musa and Samuel Kalu who scored last Saturday complete the attack.
