Ighalo not done with Premier league return

 

Nigeria international and Al Hilal of Saudi ace Odion Ighalo is yet to jettison the idea of returning to the premier league.

Ighalo who last played for Manchester United before heading to the Saudi side revealed he is having sweet memories of the his short stay at the Old Trafford even as he added that opportunity to return the EPL will always be a welcome move.

Ighalo who missed being part of the recently concluded Nations cup in Cameroon by whiskers, re-echoed his love for Manchester United when he told  ESPN that he would support the Red Devils ’till death’.

Ighalo told ESPN: “In years to come, you need something to show your children… I have been talking to my children about Manchester United, the experience.

“I left Old Trafford with pride, with my head up, because it was my dream team and not everybody’s dream comes to pass. Mine came to pass so every day of my life, I’m grateful.

“To be the first Nigerian to play there and so far the only Nigerian, those are great achievements for me and I did well so I’m happy for that.”

Ighalo who has  played for over a dozen clubs including Watford and Chinese Super League clubs,scored five goals for United during his short sojourn at the club.

“The atmosphere in Old Trafford is different. It is a big club. If you’re not inside, you don’t know how big the club is. It is a massive, massive, massive club,” he enthused
