Ighalo’s return to Eagles not automatic – Rohr
Super Eagles Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr, has revealed that Odion Ighalo’s desire to return to the national team is no longer automatic, saying that he has to play first.
The Franco-German strategist said the technical crew will have to monitor the level of his commitment and see if he’s still good for the national team and from there his chances of returning would be confirmed.
Rohr when asked if he's thinking of a recall for Ighalo:
“There's no reason not to take him if he's doing well. The question is if he wants to come back.
“We hope so cos he's an experienced player. He can be very useful to his partners. We're waiting but firstly he has to play. pic.twitter.com/ICtGdK39lQ
