Inter consider selling Lautaro Martinez with £65m
Inter Milan will consider selling Lautaro Martinez this summer, although Arsenal will need to part with £65 million to land him, according to the Metro. Furthermore, the player wants a move to the Premier League.
The 23-year-old struck up a fantastic partnership with Romelu Lukaku during 2020/21. He scored 19 goals and claimed 11 assists for the Serie A champions.
Inter are in need of funds and they could sell their star man. Martinez has been with Inter since signing from Racing Club in 2018.
Arsenal’s interest is naturally one that could excite supporters. They are in need of a striker and a player who can be creative. Martinez ticks both of those boxes.
Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah could both be sold this summer. That would further enhance Arsenal’s need for a decent striker to come in.

Martinez has been monitored by Arsenal for some time. Mikel Arteta’s team won’t be in Europe next season and that has to change.
The Spaniard needs players to come in and make an impact. The youngster has scored 15 goals in 28 caps for Argentina and that would make him a shrewd signing.
The Gunners need reinforcements. Plenty of players have been linked, although the Argentine would represent a quality addition to the ranks.
The Inter striker plays in a number of forward roles and is comfortable on his own or with a strike partner.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been out of sorts and he won’t be around forever. With that in mind, adding the international makes perfect sense.
The £81,000-a-week player would represent a massive coup and is a deal that the Gunners should look to do during the transfer window.
