Iwobi’s Value Drops To €25.5m, Osimhen Too

Nigeria international and Everton midfielder, Alex Iwobi has seen his market value drop from €32m to €25.5m, according to transfermarkt.com.

Iwobi who has scored just once this season which was in Everton’s 3-2 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers has failed to sparkle since moving to Goodison Park from Arsenal for £34 million.

Ironically, Iwobi was not the only Nigerian player whose market value dropped according to Transfermarkt.

The likes of Ahmed Musa, Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi and Henry 0nyekuru experienced a dip by €10m, €9m, €7.5m and €5m respectively.

Lille striker, Victor Osimhen who has become Nigeria’s most wanted player in Europe saw his value drop.   The same for Villareal forward, Samuel Chukwueze, and Torino defender, Ola Aina whose valuation dropped by an estimate of €3m respectively.
