JUST IN Air peace to Super Eagles: Win AFCON get N50million

 

Still basking in the euphoria of their impressive opener and lone goal defeat of Pharaohs of Egypt, high flying Super Eagles have been challenged to win the tournament and pocket N50million.

Chief Executive Office Air Peace Allen Onyema threw the challenge into the courts of the Austin Eguavoen tutored side even as they look forward to their next match against Sudan on Saturday.

As if that was not tickling enough the Airlines boss further promised to dish out N10million for every goal scored which implies that the team already has  N10million guaranteed courtesy of Kelechi Iheanacho’s goal which pundits say remains the best goal of the tournament of the games played so far.

Onyema who has used every opportunity he has to preach unity in diversity said the pledge is for the “joy and unity of Nigeria”

Recall that the Airline ferried the team direct to Garoua for the Nations cup which kicked off January 9.

The Eagles who have won the continental diadem for a record third time 1980, 1994 and 2013 are seeking their fourth title will some fans saying the impressive run in the opener is an indication that the team is ready to fight seriously for the title.
