JUST IN: Super Eagles thrash STP 10-0  in Agadir

It was a harvest of goals for Super Eagles Monday at the Agadir Stadium in Morocco as Sao Tome & Principe went down 10-0. The party started with Victor Osimhen  shooting the Eagles into the lead in the 10th minute.

The Napoli forward ended the match with four goals to his credit .Moses Simon who captained the team initially was equally on target to increased the tally to just as Terry Moffi scored a brace in the encounter.

Other Eagles who were on target in the bumper harvest include Ademola Lukeman and Oghenekaro Etebo and Emmanuel Dennis who converted last minute penalty to keep the scoreline at 10-0.

The match no doubt compounded the woes of STP who prior to the encounter had conceded five goals against Guinea Bissau, thus boasting of just a goal in two matches while conceding 15.

Super Eagles coach José Peseiro no doubt has every reason to be happy after making it two wins in two matches, the Eagles had on Thursday last week beaten Sierra Leone 2-1 at the Abuja Stadium which offered a very poor pitch compared to the Agadir pitch which the Eagles played Monday.
