Juventus: Troubled Chiesa training apart from squad
Juventus star, Federico Chiesa, trained apart from the squad at the beginning of the morning training session at Continassa, so he remains in doubt for tomorrow’s Champions League match with Malmoe.
The Italy starlet missed Juventus’ trip to Napoli over the weekend due to muscular issues.
“Chiesa had a muscular issue, the tests showed no lesion, but I prefer to rest him precautionary,” Allegri said on the eve of the game.
“The lad is a bit worried, when you have a muscular issue, there could be something behind.”
Juventus are training at Continassa this morning ahead of their trip to Sweden, where they will face Malmoe in their opening Champions League game of the season.

Il Corriere dello Sport’s correspondent Nicola Balice reports Chiesa was training apart from the squad in the first 15 minutes of the training session, which are open to the press.
It remains unclear whether Chiesa will be available for the match against Malmoe tomorrow, but Allegri will release his squad list before the Bianconeri take off from Turin’s Caselle Airport later today.
Juventus’ South American players who missed the game at the Stadio Maradona on Saturday were all training with the group, so they are expected to be available tomorrow.
