The children were shown jumping around in shock, as Kate stood up to show off her small bump saying: “Have you not noticed guys?”

She and Rio married in a lavish cereomy in Turkey in September 2019 surrounded by almost 200 friends and family, including his three kids.

She said: “Rio and I just clicked.

“I knew about the children and what had happened but at first I didn’t give it much thought.

“I fell in love with Rio, then I met the kids and fell in love with them. I realised, ‘Wow, my life is going to change’. I couldn’t be part of his life and not part of theirs.

“I knew it would be a challenge, but if you love someone you go with it and deal with the difficult stuff.”

Kate and Rio revealed they were expecting their first child with a heart-warming video featuring Lorenz, Tate and Tia in June.

The couple filmed the moment they told them, with the kids jumping for joy as they sat around the kitchen table.

Kate had suffered with morning sickness at the start of her pregnancy but told her Instagram followers she was feeling well in pictures posted this week.

During a question and answer session with fans, Kate said: “I’m surprisingly not feeling too bad the last few weeks.
