Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, could not resist a dig at rivals Manchester United after they won the 2020 BBC Sports Personality Team of the Year award.
Klopp went up to collect the award alongside captain Jordan Henderson.
The ceremony for the awards took place in Manchester, which is a fact that Klopp could not ignore during his speech.
“Winning this award in Manchester makes it even sweeter by the way,” said Klopp.
On the award, he added: “My team deserves it. They did an incredible job. Character, desire plus the power of the club, which is a big one. It was a great moment.
“We can wait for the fans. We do what we can to bridge the time until they are back again.
“We will organise a big big party when we are allowed again. Hopefully we can win two things to celebrate with them. We can’t wait to see them again.”
