La Liga: Luis Suarez angry again after being substituted
It is not the first time or even the second time Luis Suarez has shown his anger after his coach Diego Simeone has taken him off the pitch. Against Elche, Saul came on to replace him and he was far from happy.
Luis Suarez does not like being substituted, but he has been replaced several times since joining Atletico Madrid. He has never hidden his anger and he has always looked serious or a sarcastic smile when he has been taken off.

In a Champions League game versus Leipzig last October, he was very unhappy with the coach before picking up his coat and going to his seat. In the last 16 of the same competition, he laughed sarcastically after his number went up on the board against Chelsea.
