Let’s win our Europa League group, West Ham boss Moyes charges players

David Moyes has urged West Ham to go all out and win their Europa League group.

The Hammers stepped closer to the knockout stages with a 2-2 draw with Genk on Thursday.

They are now top of Group D with 10 points from four games.

Moyes said after the game: “We said we wanted to be through in the Europa League and it’s up to us now to try and win the group.

“The big thing was to have European football after Christmas, and I think we all think we’ve done it now with having ten points.

“We’ve had a really good month and the team has played very well, so hopefully we’ll be ready to go on Sunday.”
