Ligue Une authorities and the French government have come together to make sure PSG can sign Lionel Messi.
The released Barcelona star is in Paris ahead of potentially signing with PSG.
According to the Goal, the DNCG (Direction Nationale du Contrôle de Gestion) have relaxed their regulations in terms of local financial fair play, while government officials have also held several meetings with PSG in recent days to cut any potential red-tape.

For the government and Ligue Une, they see the marketing and tourism potential Messi will bring to France and French football.
