Lille impressed with Osimhen after first day in training

Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen has shown his eagerness to make an impact for French side, Lille after Wednesday’s training ahead of the new season.impact

This was revealed by the club via a picture posted on Twitter.

“Proof that #SuperEagles really can fly #VictorOsimhen #Training @NGSuperEagles,” read the tweet.

The former Sporting Charleroi of Belgium who is the club’s biggest signing trained with his new teammates for the first time ahead of Sunday’s league fixture against Nantes.

He could make his debut following his record with Charleroi where he scored 20 goals in 36 league appearances last season.

Les Dogues would also be playing in the Champions League having finished second behind winners, PSG.

He is the only Nigerian that will be featuring in the elite competition this season.
