Lille winger Nicholas Pepe to join Arsenal ‘in next 48 hours’

Arsenal are eportedly on the verge of signing Ivorian international Nicolas Pepe from Ligue side, Lille in the next 48 hours.

The Gunners who are looking to strengthen their attack in the upcoming season are ready to spend the cash on Pepe to fend off interest from Italian Seria A side, Napoli.

There are also reports linking the Ivorian to fellow French side PSG.

Both parties have enterted the negotiating table despite the Gunners limited budget for the summer window.

According to La Voix Du Nord, Arsenal are likely to seal the signing of the 24-year-old on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Pepe contributed 22 goals and 11 assists in Ligue last season.
