Lionel Messi woken up by Argentina team on his birthday
Lionel Messi has shared a video of his Argentina teammates waking him up to celebrate his birthday on his social media platforms.
The Barcelona captain turned 34 on Thursday, with his teammates coming into his room to sing to him an hand him several humorous gifts.

“Thanks very much for giving me a special day, particularly as I’m not with my family who I’m missing a lot at times like this.”
In the video uploaded by Messi, his teammates wake him up by serenading him, before handing him a number of humorous gifts, the majority of which were in Adidas bags.
