Liverpool boss Klopp hints at little interest in Origi

Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, has hinted there was a lack of interest in Divock Origi last summer.

The Reds were open to selling Origi but no suitable offers arrived.

The Belgian played well in the 3-2 win over AC Milan, setting up Mohamed Salah for Liverpool’s second goal.

Speaking to reporters, Klopp said: “Divock played a superb game. He had cramps which is normal. But people forget how good he is.

“It is difficult to get him in this team. We all thought in the summer offers would come but clearly people do not watch football enough.”
