Liverpool midfielder Sheyi Ojo appreciates Millwall transfer gesture

Liverpool midfielder, Sheyi Ojo, is happy with his loan move to Millwall.

The 24-year-old sealed a deadline day loan switch to the Lions and is eager to showcase his ability.

This is Ojo’s seventh loan away from Anfield and reiterated that playing football is ‘the most important thing.

“We [the manager] spoke on the phone [before the move] and he said he really likes me as a player and has watched me for a couple of years now. He said he wants to give me the platform to express myself and show what I can do,” Ojo told Millwall’s website.

“The most important thing for me is to play football and show what I can do, and I’m thankful to Millwall who have given me the platform to do that.”
