Maddison’s swimwear model girlfriend thrilled by W/Cup spot

James Maddison’s shock call-up to England’s World Cup squad has brought tears of joy to the eyes of his swimwear model WAG girlfriend.

Maddison’s hasn’t appeared in England’s squad since 2019, and he seemed poised for heartbreak once again ahead of the teams trip to Dubai. But Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate couldn’t ignore the midfielder’s majestic form for the Foxes this season that’s seen him bag six goals and four assists in 12 Premier League appearances, and gave the 25-year-old a spot in the squad.

His surprise inclusion delighted fans across the country who were bewildered as to why he’s not a regular in the England setup. And Maddison himself was just as shocked as fans when he found out he’ll be jetting to the Middle East to compete on the world stage.

Maddison wrote on Instagram, under a pic of him as a kid in an England top, donning a St. George’s flag in face paint: “It hasn’t sunk in…I’m going to the World Cup…dreams really do come true.” And his message prompted a emotional response from stunning partner Kennedy Alexa who reposted his words on her story with the teary eyed, and hand heart emojis.

“It’s wonderful news for him and his family and I’m delighted for Gareth to have that talent available at such a great tournament.” Alexa has been with Maddison since 2020, and the pair have a son together, Leo, who was born last year. And when Alexa’s not cheering on Maddison from the stands, she’s wowing crowds herself in her career as a swimwear model.

She’ll be travelling to Qatar to cheer Maddison on at the World Cup along with the rest of the nation’s WAGS

The 27-year-old stunner’s worked for the likes of American swimwear brands Montce, Princess Polly and The Stylist LA. And even lived in the US before meeting Maddison.
