As soccer buffs continue to assimilate and analyse Ronaldo’s second ‘missionary’ return to Old Trafford, tickets for United versus Newcastle clash Sep. 11 when the Portugal international is expected to make his return debut is being sold for £2,500 ($3,456.75)about N1.5million.
The clash which heralds return of the former Juventus talisman has seen tickets selling for as much as £2,500 on resale websites.
Ronaldo put to pen to paper for United on Tuesday, confirming a return to the Red Devils after initially leaving the side in 2009.
And United fans are desperate to catch a glimpse of their returning hero against the Magpies on 11 September at 3pm.
