Man Utd fans notice Cavani and Solskjaer exchange

Manchester United fans are trying not to read too much into Edinson Cavani and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s exchange at full-time against Aston Villa.

Solskjaer was keen to show his appreciation for the Uruguayan who scored a brilliant glancing header to seal the three points.

But for one reason or another, his excitement wasn’t reciprocated and it was a bit of an awkward moment between the pair.

United are keen to tie Cavani down for another year as he continues his rich vein of form.

But supporters are hoping this embrace looked worse than it actually was and doesn’t indicate that he is set to leave in the summer.
