Man Utd U-23 in trouble without Diallo, Shoretire

Manchester United Under-23s suffered a 3-1 defeat against Everton’s youngsters in Premier League 2.

The United side were without the likes of Amad Diallo and Shola Shoretire, as they were on first team duty.

Hannibal Mejbri being absent with an injury did not help either.

One shining light for United was the U23 debut of promising youngster Charlie McNeill.

Boss Neil Wood has also lost several players due to them being loaned out to other clubs in the winter transfer window.

But Wood will be hoping to get the team to bounce back in their next fixture.
