Mata confident Van de Beek will be better with Man Utd
Juan Mata is confident Donny van de Beek will be better with Manchester United next season.
After his arrival from Ajax 12 months ago, Van de Beek struggled to make an impact with United over the past season.
“I have a good relationship with Donny. He is a fantastic boy and a fantastic player,” the 33-year-old told Voetbalzone.

“Donny knows I’m there for him if he needs anything, whatever that is. When we play together in a match or training, we get a good feel for each other.
“Everyone needs some time to settle down, especially if you come from another country with a different way of playing football. I try to give him confidence, that’s what a player needs.”
