Mbappe,Evra and Co spread Christmas love in hospital

There is time for everything under the sun.  Even there is time to play for goals on the pitch and time to step off the pitch for some other things.  That explains why world cup winner Kylian Mbappe and Patrice Evra teamed up with YouTubers, comedians and a rapper to spread Christmas cheer to sick children in hospital.

The two football stars made a surprise visit to a hospital in France on Friday afternoon to lift the spirits and hand out presents.

Mbappe and Evra were joined by French actor and comedian Omar Sy, Mokobe Traore a French rapper and YouTubers Observateur Ebony and Justriadh.

The former Manchester United defender shared pictures of the six of them wearing Santa Clause hats with some of the children on Instagram and accompanied the post with a touching message.

He wrote: ‘Always feeling blessed spending time with kids in hospital sharing happiness smiles and having fun. Massive thanks to instacekedubonheur and the dream team.’

Sy, who is best known in the UK for his roles in X-Men: Days of Future Past, Jurassic World, and Transformers, also took to social media to write a heartwarming post after spending time with the children in hospital.

He wrote: ‘Give a little happiness and our time to those who need it… that’s the minimum we can make while we are alive.’

Mbappe was pictured laughing in one of the pictures after handing out a football and a bag full of Paris Saint-Germain goodies.

The France international has been given the weekend off with PSG not playing again until next Saturday after securing top spot in their group in the Champions League midweek with victory over Red Star Belgrade.

PSG, who sit top of Ligue 1, 13 points clear of second-place Lille, can end their year on a high when they play their game in hand against Nantes next weekend before heading into a break over the festive period.
