Iconic football manager and king of the dugout at Manchester United FC Jose Mourinho has canvassed for
the two semi-final matches of the senior world cup to be played on the same day instead of the current
option where they are played on different days.

Speaking on RT Cahnnels in Russia where he functions as a guest analyst, Moruinho argued that the

French would be better prepared for the final game, having rested for three days unlike the Croatians,
who have just two effective days to train for the final game against France in Moscow on Sunday.

Besides, Mourinho argued that Croatians have played more matches in the competition having been
involved in three extra time matches which he said amounted to another 90 minutes when added.

The Special One, however, refused to predict the winner of the World Cup final diadem, preferring to
keep an open mind to enjoy the game.

Asked if he would want to coach any national team anytime soon, Mourinho stated that, ‘‘I’m not cut out
for the national team. I can’t stay without coaching on a daily basis. National team, you have one
match in two or three months, what will I be doing?

‘‘I like to work with a team every day if possible and be involved mentally and physically. In the
future, yes because I want to experience coaching at this level before I quit,’’ he said.
