Mourinho’s phone hasn’t left his hand since he was sacked by Man Utd

Jose Mourinho is plotting his return to management – but he’s still waiting for the right team to call him up.

The 56-year-old has rarely been seen without his phone glued to his hand since he was axed by Manchester United in December.   Mourinho revealed earlier this month that he has already turned down “three or four job offers.”

Whether he is strolling down the street or watching football from the stands, he always looks ready to answer the call.

The Special One has been named as a potential candidate to take over at PSG if Thomas Tuchel is axed at the end of the season.

He has managed across four European countries, but is yet to make his name in France.

Mourinho is desperate to become the first manager to win the Champions League with three different teams and the Ligue 1 leaders could offer this opportunity.

He told Canal+: “I can imagine myself as a coach in Ligue 1. I am a man who has worked in four different countries.
