Musa’s goal secures UCL spot for CSKA

The Nigerian who is on the radar of Wolverhampton Wanderers scored the first and a hand in the second.

Musa opened his goal account in the 19th minute after receiving a pass from Kirill Nababkin to slot home the opener.

The 25-year old later provided the assist for the second goal which was scored by Vitinho who hit home the winner a minute past the hour mark after Anzhi had pulled level in the first half through Arsen Khubulov.

Musa ends the season with seven goals and three assists from 16 matches in all competitions.

With the victory, CSKA have secured a Champions league spot with 58 points that leaves them in the second position behind Locomotiv on the log.

The on-loan striker is expected to be named on the World Cup provisional list that would be announced on Monday.
