Napoli confirms interest to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Ibrahimovic becomes a free agent once his contract at Los Angeles Galaxy expires in December following two seasons during which he scored 52 times for the California side.Napoli confirms interest to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic

The Swede has good experience of playing in Serie A following spells at Juventus, Inter Milan and AC Milan.

Speaking on the subject of the striker, De Laurentiis told Sky Italia: “[Ibrahimovic] is a friend, I met him in Los Angeles not as a footballer but as a normal person because we were in the same hotel.

“I invited him over for dinner with his wife and kids and we had an amazing time. It would be my wish to see him in Napoli colours, it’s more than a suggestion and it depends on him. It’s been talked about for a few months now.”
