Napoli can land Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko for £15.5m.
The French midfielder has not made an appearance for Chelsea since 2018.
Loan spells at AC Milan, Monaco, and Napoli have allowed.
The latter is keen on retaining Bakayoko on a permanent basis but have been put off by Chelsea’s asking price.
