Napoli have dened that their coach Gennaro Gattuso has tested positive for Coronavirus.
“The news of Gattuso testing positive for Covid-19 is not real. The group will undergo new Covid swab tests tomorrow,” Napoli tweeted.

Napoli are not travelling to Turin where they are due to face Juventus tonight.
