Napoli must sell to sign Chelsea fullback Emerson

Napoli are pushing to sign Chelsea fullback, Emerson Palmieri, this month.

Emerson is available from Chelsea in January and open to returning to Serie A.

Napoli are keen on the former Roma fullback, though must make room in coach Rino Gattuso’s squad before moving for the left-back.

Corriere dello Sport says Napoli must sell Kevin Malcuit and Faouzi Ghoulam before going for Emerson.

Inter Milan are also eyeing Emerson this month.
