Nigeria international, Wilfred Ndidi has charged Leicester City strikers to be more clinical in front of goal ahead of their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Ndidi’s comments is coming on the heels of the club’s back to back defeats in the top flight which has seen the Foxes score only two goals in their last three matches.
The Nigerian however believes the situation can improve if the strikers can convert their chances.
”The most important thing is to try and convert our chances at the right time,” ‘Ndidi told Leicester’s official website.
”I think if we convert more chances, we go up in the game and it’ll give us more confidence to go forward throughout the game.
”That’s the other important thing, getting points from games. If we get points from games, it gives you the edge to actually move towards the top.
”Because of the quality of players we’ve got, we just need to work hard and look forward to the next game.”
Ndidi has scored two goals in 28 outings across all competitions this season.
