NFF to camp Falcons in Austria ahead of World Cup

Nigeria’s Super Falcons will be camped at the Avita Resort in Austria which is the same place the Super Eagles stayed prior to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, the Nigeria Football Federation has said.

This was disclosed by the Federation’s President, Amaju Pinnick who has promised to get the girls in tip top shape ahead of next year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup in France.

“Already we are in top gear to ensure the Super Falcons who are Nigeria’s most successful team get the best ahead of the World Cup.

“I can confirm to you that the team will be camped at the renowned Avita Resort in Tazmannsdorf Austria, the same camp where the Eagles camped prior to the World Cup in Russia. All this is to ensure the team gets quality preparations that gives quality results on the pitch,” Pinnick said.

Already the NFF has concluded arrangements for the Falcons to participate in a Four-Nation tournament in China in January.
