Nigeria vs Ukraine (Sept 10) Rohr submits Eagles list to NFF
Super Eagles‘ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr has told SportingLife.ng exclusively that he has submitted the Super Eagles team list for the International football friendly between Nigeria and Ukraine to the Nigeria Football Federation.
“I did last Thursday our (Super Eagles’ team) list for September friendly. Normally we will play on the 10th of September. NFF will confirm this to the press later”, Rohr disclosed.
Rohr who has already started planning for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nation’ qualifying series starting in November this year is not leaving any stone unturned to to prepare his team for the task ahead, a reason for submitting a strong team list for the Ukraine friendly.

The thee-time African champions Nigeria placed third at the recent AFCON in Egypt under Franco-German coach Gernot Rohr, who still has a year to run on his contract.
The Eagles begin their qualifying campaign for the 2021 AFCON on November 11 against Benin Republic at the southern Nigerian town of Benin City. Sierra Leone and Lesotho are the other teams in their qualifying group.
The top two teams qualify for the final tournament in Cameroon.
