Nigerians react to Siasia’s mother kidnap, beg sports minister to intervene

Nigerians have called on sports minister, Sunday Dare to respond to the calls of former Super Eagles
coach, Samson Siasia following the kidnap of his mother, Mrs. Ogere Siasia.

The individuals who felt the pain of the former coach took to Social Media to plead with the minister
to use his good office to see that Siasia’s mother who was kidnapped ten weeks ago is released alive.

It’s the second time in four years that Siasia’s mother has been kidnapped after she was held by gunmen for 12 days, before her release back in November 2015.

Meanwhile, Siasia believes his 76-year-old maybe sick given the number of days she has spent in the kidnappers’ den.

“My mother is seriously sick and this bothers me a lot. I don’t know where or who to turn to at this point,” he told BBC Sport.
