No action for Iwobi as Liverpool hammers Everton

Super Eagles ace Alex Iwobi was an unused substitute as visiting Liverpool hammered Everton on Wednesday night. The visitors began the goal feast as early as the 9th minute through Henderson.  It was an encounter in which Ballon d’ Or Nominee Mohamed Salah grabbed a brace in a 4-1 demolition of the Toffees interestingly were not tough enough in the night. The victory sees Jurgen Klopp’s side keep pace with Chelsea and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League, while Everton remain in 14th, without a win in eighth and with the pressure increasing even more on manager Rafa Benitez.
