AFCON 2013 winner, Godfrey Oboabona, said he’s not giving up any hope of a call up back in the Super Eagles.
Oboabona won the 2013 African Cup of Nations for Nigeria in 2013, he last featured for the Super Eagles four years ago.
The former Sunshine Stars of Akure defender is however optimistic about a recall by Gernot Rohr.
“Of course, I still hope to play for Nigeria again. I’m waiting all day and by God’s grace, I hope I will be recalled one day,” Oboabona quoted on AOIFootball.
