Off-load fringe players, Man Utd tell Solskjaer

Manchester United management has ordered Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to off-load fringe players to gather funds for new signings this summer.

Solskjaer has been instructed to move United’s out-of-favour players before making moves in the transfer market.

According to the Mirror, the three players identified as likely to be moved are Argentine duo Marcos Rojo and Sergio Romero as well as England international Phil Jones.

United have been looking for a new centre-back to help partner Harry Maguire and the club have been linked with a move for Sevilla’s £60million rated star Jules Kounde.

Kounde has caught the eye of plenty of potential suitors this season after putting in impressive performances in LaLiga, with Bayern Munich, Juventus and Real Madrid all interested.
